Assignment Description We are looking for an experienced Technical Test Engineer / Test Automation Engineer What You Will Work On Plan, prepare, and execute performance and non-functional tests Develop test scenarios for capacity, volume, and performance testing Create test cases and test data based on non-functional requirements Analyse test results and identify bottlenecks, deviations, and risks Perform transaction and performance analysis Verify defined non-functional requirements Analyse logs and test results to support troubleshooting Collaborate with developers, architects, infrastructure teams, suppliers, and testers Establish and improve non-functional testing processes and methods Support testing activities before releases and production deployments Document test results and communicate recommendations to project and management teams Work with complex cloud and on-premise distributed environments Analyse integrations, APIs, databases, applications, and system architecture

What You Bring 3–7 years of experience in technical testing with a focus on non-functional testing Strong experience in performance testing within large-scale system environments Experience with ERP, logistics, WMS, TMS, or supply chain systems Experience working with complex distributed cloud and on-premise environments Experience with performance testing tools such as LoadRunner Enterprise SaaS, LoadRunner Virtual Table Server, JMeter, Bruno, Fiddler, Wireshark, and Splunk Experience with JSON, XML, CSV, and EDIFACT Experience with WSO2 Gateway, REST, Kafka, Infor ION, SFTP, FTP, and HTTP Strong understanding of integrations, databases, applications, and system architecture Experience analysing logs and troubleshooting based on test results Ability to translate non-functional requirements into concrete test scenarios Structured, analytical, and solution-oriented approach Strong collaboration skills across technical and business teams
