Korall is a startup carbon capture company. Our team currently consists of the CEO and two senior researchers with a background in chemistry and chemical engineering. We are seeking a Process Engineer to join our dynamic and collaborative team. In this role, you will play a critical part in designing, optimizing, and scaling Korall’s next-generation direct air carbon capture technology. You will work closely with our researchers within R&D to help you grow into the role. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to world-changing technology while growing within a company on the cutting edge of climate tech. Key Responsibilities: Design and optimize process flow for carbon capture systems, ensuring scalability and efficiency. Oversee the scale-up of carbon capture and utilization technology. Source and manage technical components and equipment. Drive the long-term technology roadmap for commercialization.

Ideal Candidate: Not afraid to go outside of the comfort zone. Wanting to be a part of a new start-up. Hands-on expertise in designing, building and troubleshooting pilots.

Educational Background: Relevant engineering degree (Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical Engineering, Energy Systems, etc.)
