Responsibilities About potential assignments In these upcoming roles, you will typically work at the intersection of application development, modern cloud platforms, and automated delivery pipelines. Depending on the client, assignments range from developer-centric DevSecOps enabling (CI/CD, code quality, developer tooling) to platform engineering and container orchestration. As a consultant through Randstad Digital, you will typically: Design, build, and maintain scalable CI/CT/CD pipelines using tools like Azure DevOps, Jenkins, or GitHub Actions. Integrate security and automated testing into delivery processes (DevSecOps, SonarQube, security scanning). Automate infrastructure and deployments using Infrastructure as Code (e.g., Terraform, Ansible, YAML configurations). Manage container platforms and orchestration tools such as Kubernetes, OpenShift, or Docker. Support software development teams by building developer-friendly tooling, establishing governance, and improving overall release flow. Collaborate closely with software architects, developers, and operations teams to ensure high availability, observability, and security.

Assignment details Location: Stockholm (with hybrid remote options depending on the client). Assignment type: Consultancy assignments or contract-to-hire opportunities.

Qualifications We are looking for a proactive technical specialist who possesses a solid understanding of the software development lifecycle. You enjoy driving automation, sharing knowledge, and acting as a trusted advisor to development teams. Requirements: DevOps & Delivery Experience: Minimum 3–5+ years of experience working with automated CI/CD pipelines, release management, and DevOps methodologies. Development & Scripting Background: Strong background or understanding of software development (e.g., C#/.NET, Java, Python) and scripting (PowerShell, Bash, YAML). Platform & Automation Tools: Practical experience with cloud environments (Azure, AWS) or container orchestration platforms (Kubernetes, OpenShift). Work Permit: Valid work permit for Sweden (if not an EU citizen). Languages: Professional fluency in English (fluent Swedish is a strong requirement for many local public-sector assignments).

Meritorious skills (Great plus): Experience with DevSecOps frameworks, SAFe/Agile methodologies, or IT security/observability tools. Background as a Developer turned DevOps/Platform Engineer.
