Job Summary

SAP Program handling and end to end ownership of the account

Job Description:

10+ years of experience in managing SAP delivery

Own end-to-end SAP service delivery across production support, enhancements, and project transitions

Manage service governance, operational performance, and continual service improvement.

Proven experience leading or supporting SAP S/4HANA implementation programs.

Experience working in consulting environments or client-facing advisory roles.

Partner with business stakeholders to understand strategic objectives and translate them into SAP capabilities.

Facilitate workshops with business users and functional teams.

Advise leadership on SAP best practices and process improvements.

Drive alignment between business priorities and IT delivery.

Strong understanding of SAP DevOps, release management

Experience managing offshore and global delivery teams.

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
