• Mastery of Java and frameworks like Spring Boot or Quarkus with 5+ yrs experience

• Strong skills in database modelling and design.

• Hands-on experience with cloud architecture, Docker, and Kubernetes.

• Daily use of AI-powered coding assistants (GitHub Copilot, Claude, Cursor, or Gemini).

• Experience with observability tools (OpenTelemetry, Grafana, Prometheus).

• Understanding of front-end technologies (Angular, TypeScript).

• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.

• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

• Experience working in cross-functional, distributed teams.

• Knowledge of Domain-Driven Design (DDD), SOLID principles, and Clean Architecture.

• Experience with API design and development (REST, OpenAPI).
