Assignment Description We are looking for an experienced Senior Automation IT/OT Specialist What You Will Work On Identify and evaluate automation opportunities within existing production facilities Analyze production equipment and recommend automation improvements Design and propose industrial automation solutions Develop User Requirement Specifications (URS) Prepare technical documentation and procurement specifications Support vendor selection and technical evaluations Participate in FAT, SAT, commissioning, and system testing Support implementation and deployment of DCS-based automation solutions Evaluate automation technologies for future production systems Collaborate with engineering, production, and IT/OT teams Ensure compliance with automation standards and validation requirements Support system integration and industrial communication solutions Participate in change control and documentation activities Drive continuous improvements within automation and OT environments

What You Bring Several years of experience delivering automation solutions in manufacturing environments Strong expertise in Distributed Control Systems (DCS) Experience with DCS design, integration, implementation, and commissioning Good understanding of Operational Technology (OT) infrastructure Knowledge of industrial communication protocols and automation networks Experience working in regulated industries with validation and documentation requirements Experience with change control and quality documentation Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills Fluent Swedish and English, both spoken and written Ability to work across engineering and business teams
