Assignment Description We are seeking a Performance Test Engineer What You Will Work On Plan, design, and execute: Performance Tests Load Tests Stress Tests Scalability Tests Capacity Tests Develop and maintain automated performance testing frameworks Validate performance characteristics of transaction-intensive microservices Analyze: Response Times Throughput Resource Utilization Scalability System Stability Identify performance bottlenecks and optimization opportunities Document findings, recommendations, and improvement actions Collaborate with developers and platform engineers to resolve performance issues Support root cause analysis and troubleshooting activities Integrate performance testing into CI/CD pipelines Evaluate platform readiness during cloud migration and modernization initiatives Contribute to performance engineering standards and testing methodologies Improve observability and monitoring capabilities Support continuous performance validation throughout the software lifecycle

What You Bring Minimum 3 years of experience in performance testing or load testing Experience testing distributed and microservice-based systems Strong understanding of performance engineering principles Experience analyzing performance metrics and identifying bottlenecks Experience with automated testing and scripting Strong Python programming skills Ability to interpret system behavior under load and stress conditions Experience working with development and operations teams Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities Ability to work independently and drive testing activities forward
