About Bladins International School of Malmö Bladins International School of Malmö (BISM) is an IB Continuum School located in central Malmö. We offer the International Baccalaureate Primary Years Programme (PYP) and Middle Years Programme (MYP) to approximately 370 students representing a wide range of nationalities and cultures. The Role As Inclusive Education Coordinator, you will lead and coordinate the school's inclusive education and student support processes while serving as the leader of our Student Health Team. Working closely with school leadership, teachers, special education teachers, students and families, you will contribute to creating an environment where all learners can succeed. Key responsibilities include:

Leading and coordinating the Student Health Team (Elevhälsoteamet)

Driving preventative and health-promoting student support initiatives

Conducting assessments, observations and educational mapping

Providing coaching and professional guidance to teachers

Supporting school leaders in matters related to inclusion and student wellbeing

Collaborating with special education teachers and other student support professionals

Contributing to school development processes and continuous improvement

Promoting evidence-based inclusive practices across the school

Who We Are Looking For We are seeking a qualified Inclusive Education Coordinator/Specialpedagog who combines strong pedagogical expertise with excellent leadership and collaboration skills. You are:

A qualified Inclusive Education Coordinator/Specialpedagog

Passionate about inclusive education and student success

An effective leader who can guide teams and drive development

Skilled at building positive and sustainable relationships with students, colleagues and families

Experienced in coaching and supporting teachers

Committed to continuous professional growth

Familiar with formative assessment practices and collaborative learning approaches

Digitally confident and comfortable working in a modern educational environment
