What you will do - Consult with clients to understand their desired cut, color and grooming needs - Cut men’s hair with precision using scissors and clippers - Perform hair coloring services, including touch-ups and tone corrections - Maintain a clean, safe and hygienic workstation and tools - Advise clients on styling, products and aftercare - Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth service flow and client satisfaction - Follow salon safety rules and local hygiene regulations - Help train or mentor junior colleagues when needed

What you bring - 4–5 years of professional experience as a hairdresser/barber - Relevant vocational qualification or completed apprenticeship and right to work in Sweden - Strong skills in men’s cutting and coloring - Good command of Swedish and English for client communication - You are driven and take ownership of your work - You deliver top quality, every time - You collaborate and lift the people around you - You always want to learn, and you help others learn at every workplace

Salary and employment type Roles are available full time, part time or on demand, and salary and employment type are shaped in your conversation with SuperRen based on your experience, goals and the match — offering flexibility to find the right fit. This role offers an hourly rate starting around 200 SEK per hour, to be discussed based on skills and availability.
