TalentCore is our recruitment platform designed to help companies hire smarter by automatically screening, assessing, and ranking candidates based on real role fit. We are now expanding and looking for driven B2B Sales Representatives to take TalentCore to the next level. About the role As a B2B Sales Representative for TalentCore, you will own the full sales cycle from prospecting to signed deal. You will: Reach out to relevant stakeholders Book and run product demos of TalentCore Communicate the value of automated recruitment and data-driven hiring Manage leads and drive deals to close Collaborate with product and technical teams when needed

You will sell a product with clear ROI: reduced hiring time, better candidate quality, and structured decision-making. Who you are We’re looking for someone who: Has experience in B2B sales (SaaS or HR tech is a strong plus) Is self-driven and comfortable working independently Can understand and explain a technical product in a simple, compelling way Is results-oriented and motivated by closing deals Speaks and writes Swedish and English fluently
